Frequently asked questions
Is DateYay really free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you have one live invitation at a time, with a link that lasts 14 days. You only pay if you want more.
Does the person I invite need an account?
No. They open the link in any browser, answer in a few taps and that’s it. Nothing to install.
Which languages are available?
English, Italian, French, Spanish and German. You choose the language of each invitation, independently of your own.
What happens to the answers?
Only you can see them. We keep the minimum needed to show you the plan and delete answers after 12 months.
What happens when a link expires?
The invitation stops opening and explains it has expired. With Plus or Pro the link never expires unless you set a date.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes, from the Plan page in a couple of clicks. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
